Advanced booking is essential as it impacts our resource allocation. Advanced booking is a must for each person PRIOR to attending. No booking no access. Bookings open well in advance and CLOSES 1 HOUR BEFORE SESSION STARTS! Please adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must occur outside this period; otherwise, you will be charged for the class. *$15/person/session. *Applicable rate is for 1 PERSON 1 AERIAL POINT. Please book individually. ****IMPORTANT CONDITIONS- PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY !***** We want everyone to enjoy training with us and do so safely. Please follow these rules whilst in practice session: *This is NOT A TEACHING SESSION! You are responsible for your own actions - only work according to your CURRENT level of (skills) capability and fitness! *You are NOT to provide any coaching/teaching to other students under any circumstances! Failure to abide by this you will be asked to leave and no refund/credit will be provided to you and you will be held responsible for all loss or injury to other person(s) and/or property as a result! *(If applicable) Please do not interrupt/disrupt other class in session! *No refund or 'change of mind' credit will be provided. No credit will be provided for no show. Payment for practice session is valid only for the date and time it’s booked for. By booking into this session you automatically agree to these conditions.

Cancellation Policy
CASUAL CLASSES BOOKING & PRACTICE SESSION BOOKING POLICY: Advanced booking is essential as it impacts our resource allocation. A minimum of three participants is required for any class to proceed. Bookings open well in advance and CLOSE 1 HOUR BEFORE CLASS BEGINS. Please adhere to our STRICT 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations must occur outside this period; otherwise, you will be charged for the class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met. We will strive to notify both the instructor and students within the cancellation period, so please book as early as possible. Kindly be respectful to other members and your instructor! If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel your booking. No-shows are not appreciated and will be treated as late cancellations. Under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or makeup sessions be provided; you will forfeit your credit.
