Service Description

**Minimum age requirement: 16 yo** **NOT SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS** If you have never done pole before please enrol into our "INTRO TO POLE COURSE". Please read the pre-requisite applicable for this level. To enrol in this level participants must have completed our "Intro to Pole" course successfully, can recall and have the ability to execute the following: Pole climbs Basic spins: momentum turn, chair spin, front hook spin, back hook spin, knee spin. Basic inversion. Angel mount. Genie. Pole sit & hold. Upright crucifix hold. Basic combos taught in 'Intro to Pole Course' This course builds up from what you have learnt in the Intro to Pole course. Your goal in this level is to build up more strength and stamina as well as learning some new skills, spins and transitions. This is a progressive course which should be started at the beginning of a term. We do not offer casual classes for this.

Cancellation Policy

STUDIO BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: * Students are required to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts and be ready for warm up. For safety reasons we do not allow late participation. If you arrive to class any later than 5 minutes you will not be permitted to participate in class and will be asked to sit through the class, your attendance will be marked as 'present' and no credit for this class will be provided. *COURSE (TERM PASS) BOOKINGS* Booking and payment for a Course must be made in advance prior to a term starting and it is subject to availability at the time of booking. A full course (term pass) can be defined as a 10-week or 12-week in duration. A mini course (mini term pass) can be defined as a 5-week or 6-week in duration. All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Payment for a course is valid for the term which payment is received for, ie: booking/payment made for Term 1 is valid for Term 1 only and can not be transferred/used for another term. A course is to be booked in the term duration only and can not be split into shorter duration. We do not offer split term payment whatsoever. No credit/refund will be provided for unused classes. Enrollment to a course is valid for that particular course only and can not be used for another course, ie: booking for a 10-week Level 1 pole course can only be used for Level 1 Pole course. No mix discipline offered. Student's attendance is recorded each session. Any absenteeism is subject to our 8 hours cancellation policy. You must cancel your booking from the app at least 8 hours before if you are going to be absent from a class or a class credit will be deducted from your term pass. A no-show to your weekly scheduled class is considered a late cancellation, no make-up class will be offered. We are not obliged to offer any make-up classes for any missed session(s). However, in the case that you are eligible for a make up class, it is always subject to availability of a suitable class and can only be claimed within the same term. No make-up class(es) can be carried over to subsequent term(s). (*Suitable class is defined as the same type and level of class. If a suitable make up class is not available you may book into the lower level class (not higher) of the same discipline) No credit or refund will be provided for any unused classes. *CASUAL CLASSES/ DROP-IN BOOKINGS/ OPEN PRACTICE BOOKING* Class pass is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Minimum number of 3 participants required for any class to run. Booking open far in advanced and closes 1 hour before before class starts. Please observe our strict 8 hours cancellation policy. You must cancel your spot outside the 8 hours cancellation period or you will be charged for the class (if you are holding a class pass the session will be deducted from your pass). We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum number is not met by the cut-off time (We will endeavor to cancel a class within the cancellation period to give enough notice to both our instructor and students). So, please book as early as possible to your favorite classes. Please be courteous to other members and to your instructor! Cancel your booking if you can no longer make it to a class. No show is not appreciated and is considered a late cancellation. No refund, credit or make up session will be provided under any circumstances. If you are holding a class pass/pack 1 class credit will be taken out from the pass. *PRIVATE LESSON BOOKINGS* To secure private lesson or booking payment must be made at the time of reservation. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Strict 24 hours cancellation policy applicable to any private lesson booking(s). Any changes/rescheduling to already scheduled booking require minimum 24 hours notice. A no -show to an appointment is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the full amount for the session. No Refund or Credit will be given. Please arrive early to your private booking (10-15 minutes earlier) to do your own warm up and be ready to go at the scheduled time of appointment. Instructor will not be providing extended time to make up for the time lost if you arrive late. *WORKSHOPS* Payment & booking for workshop(s) is final and strictly non-refundable. Participant may opt to transfer the booking to another person if they can no longer make the event. Workshops require a minimum number of participants for it to run. In the case that we do not reach the minimum number we reserve the right to cancel the workshop, which in this case refund will be provided back to original payer/original account payment was made.
