Cancellation Policy

STUDIO BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY. Students must arrive 5-10 minutes early and be ready for warm-ups. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will not be allowed to participate, will sit through the class, and will receive no credit, although attendance will be marked as 'present.' COURSE (TERM PASS) BOOKING POLICY: Booking and payment for a course must be completed in advance and is subject to availability. A full course lasts 10 weeks, while a mini course lasts 5 weeks. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including those related to medical issues. Payment for a course is specific to the term for which it is made; for example, Term 1 payment is valid only for Term 1 and cannot be transferred. Courses must be booked for the entire term, and split payments are not allowed. No refunds or credits will be given for unused classes. Enrollment is exclusive to the booked course, meaning a 10-week Level 1 pole course cannot be applied to another course or discipline. Student attendance is recorded each session, and absenteeism follows a strict 8-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made through the app at least 8 hours in advance; otherwise, a class credit will be deducted from your term pass. Late cancellations within this window result in forfeiting the credit. A failure to attend your booked scheduled class will be regarded as a late cancellation, and unfortunately, no make-up class will be provided. Make-up classes for missed sessions are not guaranteed and depend on availability within the same term. They cannot be carried over to future terms. A suitable class is defined as the same type and level; if unavailable, you may book a lower-level class in the same discipline. No credit or refund will be provided for any unused classes.
