Cancellation Policy

**Exclusive to fully inducted members who are in Self Access group** By booking into this session I automatically can confirm that I have attended induction session and authorised to book. Booking is open far in advanced and closes 6 hrs prior to session starting. STRICTLY No late booking will be accepted! Cancellation and/or rescheduling must be done outside 24hrs penalty window. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including those related to medical issues. No refund or credit will be provided. A no-show is considered a late cancellation, no refund or credit will be provided.
