Service Description
**Important** PAYMENT IS STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE! Read this carefully before making a purchase! Refund requests will not be considered if you do not review the crucial information provided below. Important points: * Self Access is EXCLUSIVELY available to INDUCTED MEMBERS ONLY! Do not book/pay for self access if you have not attended In-Person induction process. No refund will be considered if you fail to read this info. * During the induction process, each authorized individual will receive a unique access code to enter the studio. * Inducted member will also be added to a private “Self-Access” group in Fit app. * Buddy System for training - absolutely NO ONE is permitted to train alone at any time in the studio. * Only inducted members are allowed access to studio - no other unauthorized person allowed, ie: partner, husband, sister, brother, friend.

Cancellation Policy
**Exclusive to fully inducted members who are in Self Access group** Payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances** By booking into this session I automatically can confirm that I have attended induction session and authorised to book. Booking is open far in advanced and closes 6 hrs prior to session starting. STRICTLY No late booking will be accepted! Cancellation and/or rescheduling must be done outside 24hrs penalty window. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including those related to medical issues. No refund or credit will be provided. A no-show is considered a late cancellation, no refund or credit will be provided.
