Silks Beginner Course

**NOT SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS!** **PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING! ** This Beginner course builds up from what you have learnt in the INTRO TO FABRIC course. If you never done any Silks (or any fabric apparatus) before OR have been on extended break from aerial and wanting to restart please enroll into our "INTRO TO AERIAL FABRIC" course which is the starting point for both Silks and Hammock. **Important** Pre-Requisite before enrolling into Silks Beginner: Participants must have successfully completed "Intro to Aerial Fabric" course. Must be competent in: * Basic inversion (upside down). * Single Crochet * Double Crochet. * Knee Hook * Foot locks (both single foot lock and double foot lock) * Climbs: Step Up and French climbs * Skills/sequences taught in "Intro to Aerial Fabric" This is a progressive course which must be started from the start of the term. We do not offer casual classes for this.
