Cancellation Policy

WORKSHOPS BOOKING POLICY: We regularly organize specialty workshops led by our instructors or guest facilitators. Please remember that advanced booking is crucial, as it influences whether the workshop will take place. To ensure fairness for everyone, we require final numbers to be confirmed at least three days before the event. All payments and bookings for workshops are final and strictly non-refundable, including those related to medical issues. Therefore, please ensure you are committed before making a reservation. If a participant can no longer attend, they may transfer their booking to another individual, but we can not provide refund or future credits. Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants to take place. In the event that the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In such cases, a refund will then be issued to the original payer or the account from which the payment was made.
